Dashboard

We have been working to improve the overall layout of the dashboard and navigation of pages to make it easier and quicker to find information and settings you need.

We are happy to get feedback on this, nothing is perfect and we might have missed something :)

Renewal Reminders

We have improved the reminder system for Expired and Expiring renewals, many will start noticing a 08:00am digest email on Tuesdays about any expired or expiring asset licenses or certifications.

This includes things such as your COR(Certificate of Roadworthiness) and vehicle license.

Billing Improvements

We have partnered with Paddle Payments to handle our automated billing for new accounts going forward, this will allow end users more control over their subscription and allow you to upgrade to plans quickly and easily.

All current customers will remain on a Manual billing scheme by Fastrax, you will continue to receive payment notifications from [email protected].
